Cuyahoga Valley National Park Wedding

Hiking! It is probably one of my favorite things to do. I love being outdoors and surrounded by nature. So when Rob and Nick asked me if I was up for a little adventure for their portraits I was totally down!! We stopped off at a number of scenic locations within Cuyahoga Valley National Park for their wedding portraits. Firstly though, the most important location was where the two of them met and their love story began, Kent State University. It is a quaint little place with the most beautiful and serene courtyard where these two spent many afternoons between class laughing, flirting, cuddling, and falling in love.

I fell in love with these two the moment I met them. They have this undeniable chemistry that not everyone has the privilege of finding in this lifetime. It was put best by one of their best friends in her toast. She essentially said the two of them don’t complete each other. Hear me out! They are more like two wholly complete people who don’t need the other, but compliment each other perfectly. The way they care soo deeply about each other. The way Rob gazes at Nick with so much love and affection in his eyes. It’s the way everyone hopes their person looks at them.

Rob and Nick, your day was filled with soo much laughter, love, fun, and joy. I feel so completely honored and privileged to have been a witness to your special day. You guys are incredibly amazing human beings 🙂 So overwhelmingly nice and thoughtful and caring towards not only your loved ones who spent the day with you, but to all the vendors who helped make your day possible. Spending the day with you two was so much fun! I wish you two the best on this crazy journey ahead of you!!!
